Experienced Personal Injury Attorney
Michelle has been licensed in California since 1994 and brings that litigation experience to each and every client engagement. She has litigated cases including premises liability, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, property damage, intentional torts, wrongful death, public entity liability, commercial claims, construction defect, and construction site accident claims for national construction companies.
Michelle earned her law degree (J.D.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1994. Before law school, she studied at San Diego State University.
Michelle’s involvement with the legal community extends beyond her day-to-day endeavors as a practicing attorney and includes membership with several professional organizations.
She is an active member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association, and she is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
