I had reached out to a couple of different lawyers and after leaving a voice message for Michelle she, herself called me right back the same day. Her work ethic was consistent throughout the process. She always explained everything in detail that was going on with regards to my case and I get like I was a part of everything throughout the process (not just being told). A great communicator, she always called or text, or emailed me with pertinent information regarding my case and always kept me in the loop with regards to updates.
